Students in Retail Sales and Marketing were recently faced with a big challenge when the school experienced a power outage during lunch. The students operate Norte Vista's Student Store, and their peers rely on the store to purchase snacks and beverages during lunch. Rather than shut the store down during the blackout, the student workers used their business math skills to complete all transactions without the use of their technology. Their teacher, Mrs. Kraus, was so proud of their professionalism and their ability to handle the stressful situation with ease and to continue to serve their clients with a smile. Way to go Retail Sales students!
